My
Story

I'm Kassandra. I coach women through the chapter most people don't talk about.

There's a moment — usually somewhere between 40 and 60 — when a woman looks around at the life she built and realizes she doesn't fully recognize the woman who built it.

She's not unhappy, exactly. She's not in crisis. But something underneath is shifting, and the old answers don't fit anymore.

That moment is what I do.

How I got here.

I spent years as a mindset coach, an author, an entrepreneur — writing books about women who save themselves, coaching clients toward bigger goals, building the version of success I'd been told to want.

And then midlife happened to me, too.

The questions got bigger. The performance got heavier. The "successful woman" identity I'd built started to feel like a costume I'd been wearing for someone else's play.

So I did the work I now do with my clients: I located what was actually going on, illuminated the identity I'd outgrown, and started building a life — and a body of work — that fit the woman I was becoming, not the one I used to be.

Midlife Identity Coaching is what came out of that.

What I believe about women in midlife.

I believe the second half of a woman's life is the most powerful half — and we've been sold a story that says the opposite.

I believe most women over 40 aren't struggling because something is wrong with them. They're struggling because they've been handed an outdated map and asked to navigate brand new terrain.

I believe identity isn't fixed. It's a thing you get to author, especially in midlife, when the old roles loosen and the next ones haven't fully formed yet. That in-between is uncomfortable. It's also where the magic lives.

And I believe a woman doesn't need rescuing, fixing, or a new ten-step program. She needs a guide, a witness, and a space to hear herself clearly enough to take the next real step.

That's the space I hold.

The boring-but-relevant parts.

I'm an MBA, the author of more than 30 books on personal development and the inner life, and the host of two podcasts — She Runs The Show and Inside the Coach's Studio. I've spent over a decade coaching women through transitions, identity shifts, and the kind of reinventions that don't fit neatly into a five-year plan.

But credentials aren't why women hire me. They hire me because I've sat in the chair they're sitting in, and I know how to ask the question that finally cracks it open.

When I'm not coaching...

I'm writing the next book, walking long miles thinking through someone's question from a session three days ago, or reading something that probably has "Phoenix," "becoming," or "shadow" in the title. I take my own work seriously — which is to say, I'm still the student as much as I am the teacher.
